From what I remember, the crowdsource app is exactly what is used for community sources.

I bet it's going to stay relatively the same, for now. React Native still works across iOS and Android, which is one of the key features. SwiftUI is iOS only.

I was debating the best way to handle that - the front end is currently written in React (so I could get a taste for it) and I knew I couldn't just include the source files from that. I'm completely open to alternative way to hand

Hi HN, I've posted this project before but that was pre-rewrite to use Golang rather than relying on Python. The advantages are pretty clear, most importantly being compiled binaries to make deployment super easy. I was hesitant to pos

On the other hand, I've been using my ProtonMail account for a little over a year and while my mailbox has gotten pretty out of hand I'm only using 87MB out of my 5GB (+500MB) storage limit. Your mileage may vary but I have all my

For the first part, probably just take it to the Apple store or just "factory reset" it. I don't think the average apple user cares enough to completely reinstall iOS themselves. Same goes for non-iCloud backups - the average

This is neat, but I think you should tweak how the font colour is determined - it's incredibly hard to read sometimes when you have a hex like #ff6600 and the text is essentially pink. Maybe take a gander at the WCAG guidelines https:

Definitely going to keep this bookmarked until Monday but I'm curious, how does it monitor for security threats? Do you manually add them to your own database or can the plugin monitor for them itself (I'm assuming the former but

I second this, and I don't really know if a memory-deficient password manager is a _good_ thing. > Final password is cryptographically derived from web page URL address, salt and user provided secret passphrase. The salt should be s
