Is it just me or is this nowhere near the worst? I've seen much worse over the years, at least.

I support this argument. Not sure why the downvotes, but it's the most truthful answer in this set of comments. Cheers to you sir, just because people don't like the truth does not make it any less truthful.

I think a key difference between FB and MySpace is that FB has my parents, pretty much all my relatives, and all of my friends. MySpace had early internet adopters, which were maybe less than 5-10% of my friends? For me, it is MUCH harder t

Agree. Did not read the story because once you say "I'm putting all my eggs in [this one basket]" then you are taking WAY too much risk on a single investment. The guy probably should take some courses on retirement/investment planning.

Your statement that the US cannot impose criminal penalties against non-citizens is very wrong. There are a bunch of non-citizens in the USA who are arrested and penalized if they commit a crime. there are countless extraditions that happe

Bullshit. A requirement of slavery is to both be forced to work and not have a choice of where you work (google it). And don't get me started on moral principles. Moral principles are each person's own. Certainly you do not want to be held

Who gives a crap? Honestly: If you do not like the idea of being an unpaid intern, then don't be one. What's not a worthwhile opportunity for you might be an opportunity to someone else. Am I missing something? Seems like unpaid internship

Hmmm In IE9 you can switch browser mode to previous versions (back to IE7). Seems a lot of people on HN are still stuck X years ago when things sucked and they refuse to look at things as they are today, just like you state in your "IE9 mig
