Yeah, I'm using it and I agree it will probably become a lot better, but I don't think we're really close to a point where AI itself will be able to just write an app that has 100s of prompts that interact with one other. Eve

It's quite unlikely that OpenAI didn't break any TOS with all the data they used for training their models. Not just OpenAI but all companies that are developing LLMs. IMO, it would look bad for OpenAI to push strongly with this
