Yes i also the same point, why would any one want to miss the free upgrade. The whole update hijack and privacy concerns kept some people away. Organization running bulk of window's xp and 7, for sheer cost cutting purposes. But still

What about windows 7 and 8.1 ? They were also hacked.The uncertain nature of windows 10 update and the bad press about the telemetry issues was also the reason for the IT Departments to stay clear of it. Why would someone ignore a free wind
