I read this article years ago, and it's worth re-reading... ergo, not clickbait. The author talks about how it __appears__ wasteful to buy expensive clothes when you're poor, but it's all about __signalling__ to others that y

I expect you're being downvoted for appearing insensitive to a person with cancer. The person you replied to has cancer. It's likely difficult, and it's easy to think of it as a battle -- but the person you replied to is all

Perhaps there is a way to introduce the idea without inducing such skepticism. Our meeting rooms have a large TV in each, so one could plug in and mirror your display, but you could also likely bring your own projector. (OK, that's pro

This is just stunningly beautifully presented, and yet very sobering to think of so many deaths. Also ... Thank you, Russia, for doing so much more. I'd read the 20M deaths, but never seen the larger picture before.

I believe it's basically a suggestion that one replaces each `foo` or `bar` API call with a prefix, e.g. `ggl_foo`, `ggl_bar`. I expect that doing so would get one slapped (literally or figuratively?) by a judge for being a wiseass.
