Does the Firefox option "Accept third-party cookies: Never" mean that origin server is disallowed from setting 3rd-party cookies OR that website-initiated fetches to 3rd-party origins don't include cookies ..or both?

What (I think) I know of the subject: For a resolution of "1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz" the FPGA needs to run only at the pixel clock's frequency, which is "only" 124.416 MHz (1920x1080x60 / (10^6)). Then on every pixel

I love the idea, always have. Does a unikernel application need statically allocated amount of RAM or is there a way to have unikernel-programs allocate memory dynamically? Maybe this is where garbage-collected language would be useful.

Preview your Github project front page README.md without pushing to some sandbox repo just to see what it looks like. Works offline (doesn't use Github API). Needs wide viewport, because preview equals Github's width.
