Pwned in what way? This is just a SQLite database, you can "pwn" it with any SQLite client of your choice.

Presumably there's work needed from the app side for this integration, the OS component won't know what the app / user wants captured or not.

Text compresses very well. Also, it wouldn't be capturing the entire web page, just the text you actually see on screen. Obviously that 90kb doesn't include the separate folder with all the jpegs.

As far as I can see based on the data already posted online, this is literally the Windows 10 Timeline feature, it even (re)uses the same API from that feature (that was deprecated just 3 months ago) and apparently shares the implementation

This is interesting. Once manufacturing (and other tedium) was outsourced, I'd have thought that's "making it". More or less "passive income" presuming the employees took care of everything else. If the revenue

Like InternVL, no llama.cpp support severely limits its applications. Close to GPT4v performance level and runnable locally on any machine (no need for a GPU) would be huge for the accessibility community.

I've leased 3 Leafs in the past and have a Niro EV now. Always charged them exclusively from a 110V regular outdoor outlet. Have a 18miles commute roundtrip and never had an issue. I'd get a 220V charger if we didn't have a P

This is literally the same feature as Windows 10 Timeline (Activity History); they're even using the same UserActivity API [1]. If it works like that, it's an unencrypted sqlite database in your %APPDATA% and a subfolder with jpeg

People that want gaming choose Windows, people that want productivity choose Mac. I don't see where this new product fits. You can't game with the paltry "arm companion" GPU and you can't be productive with tons of

Is it going to be California only, like the last model they had? There is clearly demand for low cost, medium range EVs for commute all over the country, yet this kind of cars are only available in California for some reason.

LOL, you can get 5x - 10x computational power (including AI if needed) for the same price from other vendors. Unless they overshot production and have stock of unsold M2s they're willing to sell at 90% discount.

I struggled with this many times and at the end of the day threw down the towel and just wrapped everything in plain C exports. That's the only way I know to get ABI compatibility across different compilers/toolsets/versions.

Now that they almost completely eliminated the competition (by "disrupting" the market with magic money) and have locked in customers, they can begin the 2nd phase, which is jacking up the prices. Classic techno-feudalism.

6.5 million for a 16-story building in SF? Holy crap, that's actually an amazing price - 5 times the median price of a home in SF. You can split it up with 4 friends and have 3 floors each... plus a commercial front street level.

It's mostly about lock-in I imagine. Default save to OneDrive in Office apps goes right along. In the future, Windows itself will be running in the cloud, further locking you into their ecosystem and subscriptions.
