I am interested in the business models behind the games. I did have a look some time ago, but couldn't really find anything. I played something similar at uni, and have been interested since then.

I work for an ecommerce business. Year end Oct-20 and Year end Oct-21 were great. Huge sales. They now suck. Looks like YE22 will be ~50% of prior year. Possibly lower than YE19. Looks like everyone bought what they needed between Mar-20 an

I put AWS Workspaces in place at a prior org for 8 users. It was expensive, but convenient. Though it did feel peverse that most work was done in webapps. Chromebooks probably would have been better!

I use Excel day in day out. I really want to like anything else, but there are quite a few things that don't really work for a power user. That being said, I would imagine that for most applications, any speadsheet program is fine.

Related: When I've looked at finance jobs at Apple, you must be proficient in Excel. To my knowledge, Numbers is not used because it is shite.

Whilst reading Dr. Bloodmoney I had an eerie feeling that I had read some of those exact passages before. I was certain I had not read Dr. Bloodmoney. I had a true Dickian experience of questioning reality. It turns out I forgot I read A Te

I am an accountant. Automation is for sure coming for a lot of my jobs. What I have seen is that automation guts out the middling jobs. So, you still need data entry clerks, and you still need "strategy" type roles. But the middle

I had a similar thing. I wanted to get invoices and billing stuff from FB for the company I work at. Created a FB account specifically for the purpose, as I don't have a personal account. Then got hit with the banhammer.

I first learn to code Python during a boreout job. I was a management accountant, so only had work to do for the first 10 days of a month. No one bothered me as it looked enough like work.
