Sure node.js is asynchronous, fast, and fun to work with like rails. I downvoted you because your comment was nearly useless to someone who didn't already know what you were talking about. If you've got some advice, provide supporting infor

Thanks for this. As a man who only has a cursory understanding of Haskell your comment sheds light on how things actually fit together. It also provides a good starting point for expanding my Haskell understanding.

I'd be interested to see a skeleton of your Haskell ETL scripts. I've been looking to clojure to clean up my current processes and I sure would like to see how you approach it in haskell.

I downvoted this because it's rather subjective as to what the definition of "taken over" is and you provided no evidence to support your broad claims.

I hate to say it but I garnered no intellectual intrigue from this story. At the time of commenting it has 38 points. Should this kind of thing be on HN? And yes, I'll be that guy who quotes the guidelines: "On-Topic: Anything that good hac

The fear is that if I do request the price that it will express cursory interest in the domain name and thus increase the price. That said, I really don't know how these things work and it may be harmless to click their "request a price" bu

Thanks for this. We use MongoDB to solve quite a few problems here at work. It's refreshing to hear that better replication and sharding are on the way.

We are still working out the best patterns for web browsing. The web is still surprisingly young. That 20% will learn eventually. Make it easy on the eyes, space it out, consider your use of typography, and avoid TL;DR. These concepts seem
