The reason is that the software was always very difficult (and expensive) People that had, and could drive, Solidworks weren't interested in making one-off bits of jewelry and the artists that were couldn't drive the CAD system.

Netflix arrived in Canada yesterday - but their selection is terrible. The most entertaining thing about them is their suggestions: Type in say "Sherlock Holmes" and it says - we don't have that but you might like "Miss Marple investigates"

Worse here in the frozen North. I can't be a senior engineer because developers can't be engineers at all - and only engineers are allowed to supervise staff. So Gosling's boss would be a 21 engineer-in-training.
