I think you're incorrect about this, and would appreciate a source. From my understanding of pre-trial diversion, it does not involve any admission of guilt... If the defendant does not complete the probation period successfully, the charg

I heard about this a few days ago on Twitter and immediately purchased it. Absolutely incredible tool, great presentation, and a price I could not resist.

May be honest, it's just very convenient. "That demo we have on our site to show off the technology? It's really crippled and doesn't actually show off the technology... We promise the real thing actually works! Oh, you want to hear abo

I have the 15" Retina MBP with 16GB RAM and an upgraded CPU... It's incredible and I love working on it. Ordering a machine with 4GB RAM now is asking for trouble, no matter the OS.

The site this is hosted on is bad enough to affect my reading of the article. Tiny text in a tiny sliver of the window, big glaring ad video up top, terribly broken layout. On top of that, I doubt they'll stop developing Android any time s

This is really silly. The end-game is a coarse geolocation? Most people use real names on Github, or freely discuss their locality on Reddit... You don't even need the ssh keys (or the honeypot!) to tie a username to a specific area. Seri

How many users are still using 10.6? Couldn't the description be updated with a note specifying the temporary issue with 10.6? Seems like that would be a lot simpler than taking it down...

It's amazing how far back, and how complicated a chain of events can be that lead to a specific outcome. Similarly, I look back in awe at the luck and good fortune I've had. I owe my entire life-path of technology to my grandfather on my f

Right... Apple set the precedent of not having to specify the size lost to the OS, because that magnitude was acceptable. Many people probably never even noticed it, or attributed it to the normal bytes lost. I would have thought the 64GB
