by getlawgdon 2y ago
Agreed.

Hmm. My take is the casino structured its business to comply, not to evade interest. Further, I don't see how Cloudflare benefits by taking on the risk to charge more to help a customer avoid scrutiny. More like: they know it's a

Is there an estimate of HN's userbase?

It's also, you know, a foundation of behavioral economics. But either one, whatever.

Can't tell if serious, but I've seen worse trades. Wouldn't call this a freefall yet: https://imgur.com/a/0UN3HZa

I have exactly this issue. Been frantically jumping around this morning dealing with perceived security issues and have no idea where my many FB resets led to.

As a former discus thrower, I love this but also want to say it is beyond unlikely that anyone was throwing anything 200m, unless you mean down a sheer mountain face...

Is it allowed to use the cord? Because then hammer throw-style rotations would be optimal.

Same. Done with Google search. In addition to the results having become useless, it's Google's frenetic sprint away from the "don't be evil" ethos, which turns out to have only been in Incognito mode all along.

This is very well done and useful. The only possible suggestion I'd have right now is to consider inputs to go alongside the sliders. Thanks for sharing.

What podcasts / sites / sources do you enjoy?

This is pure greed. I got their email notice about this. I tried to complain, but there was nobody to reach, no impact I could make. It's just one massive, deaf monolith. I realize more than ever that this consumer isolationism is cra

Can we be done deriding cubicles now? And how about we put saloon doors on them that enable occupants to communicate "not right now"? And if they're left open it means: "come on in and interru me!" ?
