Your fingerprints are largely static according to all police forces. To me that implies that the skin on your fingers probably wrinkles in a largely constant way too when submerged in water. No evidence nor research done here - just fiat!

PDF is a display format. It is optimised for eyeballs and printers. There has been some feature creep. It is a rubbish machine data transfer mechanism but really good for humans and say storing a page of A4 (letter for the US). So, you s

Excessive horning (made up word) is not just a Vietnamese thing. Italy is probably Europe's worst offender, with Greece a close contender. I'm not so familiar with Asia, but I get the impression that the entirety of Indian and mos

I don't know if it is still required but hostnames used to require a minimum of two chars and the first shalt not be an integer. Given that DNS does not put a proper boundary on host/domain, that might extend to your top level ..

The game model might involve 20ms time slices. The frame rate is simply the best available visualisation of the "action" that the machine can manage. So, you have your game model, input and output. Output needs to be good enough

Norks has at least two meanings in en_GB. North Koreans and (generally) female breasts. The first has a pretty obvious derivation and the second is anyone's guess. Surely no-one would conflate norks with norks. Please, no riffing on
