oh good question i have never hit this issue bc you need a massive amount of text to fill the whole screen. I have some natural breaks and subheaders. Each section is wrapped in its own columns

you can also just display text with multicolumn. solves the paragraph width "usability" and uses the full screen space not sure why its never used.. I also really dislike the current trend of giant white sidebars

Ah okay, then that makes sense. It really depends on your build system. My natural inclination would be to not have a pathfinding system in DEBUG unless I was actively working on it. But it's not always very easy to set things up to be

Just curious - is this from personal experience? I've never done it, but I just find it hard to believe the slow down would be that large. Most of the computation is on GPU, and you can set your build up such that you link to libraries

Trying to understand the Zig goals a bit better.. If you care about compilation speed b/c it's slowing down development - wouldn't it make sense to work on an interpreter? Maybe I'm naiive, but it seems the simpler optio

Where can you find a good description..? Does it have the equivalent "anti-Tivoization" requirement of GPLv3? I found Linus Torvalds' arguments for GPLv2 (vs v3) very compelling, but the SaaS loophole to contributing back see
