Just curious, do you ever need to be "in the zone" to get your work done? If you do and you're distracted, is it hard for you to get back in the zone? Is it hard to do several times an hour?

I've only used Go for SaaS backends but if I wanted to distribute the code to 3rd parties I'd probably use a Dockerfile too.

I actually like it. Makes it really easy to share code between my own programs - really handy for "microservice" projects. And if I want to have a Go program in a different source tree, links allow me to do that.

Generally true, but there are things to keep in mind (because your body will fight nail and tooth for its fat reserves): 1) You'll be losing muscle before you lose fat 2) You'll be lethargic which can result in no weigth loss beca

I think the article describes a good approach because it sets you on track to improve your diet overall, by making you used to the relative lack of sugar in unprocessed (healthier) foods.

Honest question: what would be the equivalent of "guy" in your opinion when referring to a female in a professional environment (assuming that referring to males as "guys" is acceptable)?

In Emacs there are guru and godef that make it a breeze to work with Go: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_Y9xCEMj5S-7rv2ooHpZNH15... UPD: Now, if only there was something similar (in Emacs) for Java, Ruby and

Slightly unrelated, but for all its pros I had to abandon Modo because it was too unstable - it would crash on me every hour or so. Blender, on the other hand, has been rock solid in my experience.

So true, I once had to use a specialist 3d package (Daz Studio) for a project and was overjoyed when I discovered that I could tweak its basic navigation controls so that they are exactly like Blender's.

Honestly I haven't seen a 3d tool like that. Perhaps it's just the nature of the beast and I should be glad that in Blender at least the complicated workflows are smooth once you get past the "bootcamp" stage.
