I mean, logz.io is okay and all, but it's quite expensive, and has a loooot of outages. I don't remember a week where we didn't have issues, the most common being log ingestion lag, which take hours to fix. That, and their AP

While eIDAS is absolutely stupid in how it defines electronic signatures (based on the wording, adding a picture of your signature would suffice), QES is not just any digital signature, as it needs to be coming from a certificate that'

If by those unaffected by COVID you mean self-employed people, not sure that's really the case, as taxes for people that are employed by a Bulgarian company are not THAT much higher. Using the 10k BGN example, your net salary is 8627.9

Actually, the article seems to confuse the times quite a lot. It's talking about ~16:50 UTC at points, but the outage started at 15:40, which they not only mention in the article but you can also see on the graphs.

Judging by the CVE they linked, you need local access. But, since it's a GET parameter, this could be a drive by attack where someone puts all the links to common home networks in a page and the browser just takes care of that (and the

For sure, we were evaluating timescaledb and influx, we quickly came to the conclusion that while a programmer could write SQL queries to do what influxql lets you do, they're very complicated compared to the builtin UI that even non t

SQL is not limited, InfluxQL is. And, flux is incredibly verbose and error prone (at least a year ago when we last looked at it). However, with the transformations in grafana, there's no reason with flux, in the majority of cases.

The DGC doesn't have any such type of certificate, so there's that (which, obviously, doesn't mean countries cannot accept antibody tests). As for the traveling, that's weird, as I thought most countries exempt you from

The logs of what emails were sent is probably stored by the email servers, as well as, probably, metadata about when emails were sent, if not to whom, is stored in the db unencrypted.

That makes no sense. Aside the confirmation from protonmail of the timestamp, that's not the proton mail UI, so it's at the destination. The timestamp says "Sunday 23...", so it's way more likely to be in the local
