Is STM32 still in shortage? I remember it being the largest blocker in one of my projects last year. Especially that high end H7 chip. Oh and we runned a Tensorflow Lite image processing pipeline on that chip. It is probably a few times too

The Elixir |> (pipeline / nose) operator. Makes functional programming much cleaner without brackets or intermediate variables. I wish more programming language has this. JavaScript comes close with chained calls of map.

It's Undertale but made in Japan. Attractive world building and back story combined with a healthy supply of derivative work from talented content makers and you got it.

Signal integrity first, then maybe cost or power usage. Commercial state of the art is around 100Gbit/s per pair using a gearbox chip, as seen in 100G single lambda transceivers. For ASIC/FPGA i think 58GHz PAM4 is available givin

That's a trick called equivalent input sampling. Basically shifts the sample clock a little bit around while looking at the same waveform. The catch is it only works on repetitive waves, and you are still limited by the analog frontend

It may be something simple as a shor tbetween the phases. In power engineering these are called fault conditions and the currents can run up to tens of thousands of amps before the circuit breaker acts. Not sure if you can imagine the magni

JLCPCB and other Chinese fabs really revolutionized the hobby PCB market with their automated systems. Hope we will see fabs based in NA or EU doing the same. I'm tired of waiting a month for the boards.

This probably does not only apply to software but to UI/UX in general. The "atarimae" translates to "UI/UX that works" and "miryouteki" is "UI/UX that is pleasing to use".

Back when I was a kid I played with some of those black MIDI files. I think one of the tricks is to put the same melody on multiple octaves. It makes the sound fuller without going dissonant. There is also a phase like effect that can be do

This one knows what's up. In embedded or industrial systems there is "soft" real time which means the deadline can be occasionally missed but the system will still be worthy. Or there may be I think what web or app devs do is
