I'm not sure why you'd think that, it's clearly false. Dawkins publication record is easily available (it's even on Wikipedia) and he has most definitely published original research.

"The Selfish Gene" does not argue that genes produce selfish individuals, or that all traits are simple Mendelian traits governed by single genes. You've either not read TSG or have fundamentally misunderstood it. The still m
