Ohh, and to make the use of a variant to look like pattern match over type you need to copy paste some template magic. https://schneide.blog/2018/01/11/c17-the-two-line-visitor-ex... variants are a such disap

Wow. I haven't followed Go for a while, thanks for that note. Iterators are very nice addition, even with typical Go fashion of quite ugly syntax.

I will disagree. Creativity comes from applying acquired knowledge (that's where memorization comes into account) in new contexts.

I won't be surprised if "right to be forgotten"/GDPR abusers will spam github and force them to act on it, eventually. ---- This is clearly documented and can be explained even to non-technical managers. From my POV call

Requirements change, things evolve. Having bounds in the type system is too restrictive. Even history of "required", rather simple restriction on the value, is showing that putting that logic into type system is too much of a burd

The hospital toll is only 2 (other sources claim 3) dead. https://t.me/vitaliy_klitschko/3267 This is tragedy. I find it so weird, though, - rocket hits hospital (!) and only 2 dead, both adults, and 16 injured.

Just to be sure, I'm speaking below about application/system logs, not as "our event sourcing uses log storage" Yes, you probably don't want to store debug logs of 2 years ago, but logs and metrics solve very differ

Bruh. The point of my answer was that there are sure ways to move something across front lines, if necessary > Given how many tanks Ukrainian farmers stole from Russian soldiers, this would not surprise me greatly. How many though? >

I hate to be that guy, but out of all language authors I think that Gosling is the least remarkable. First versions of Java as a language really feel as a language, designed by a student with pretty maximalist opinions. No goto, no autoboxi

I term has a killer feature that neither of suggested have - native control of tmux (tmux -CC). For heavy tmux user it could be a deal breaker, especially given that kovid (kitty author) is hostile towards tmux.
