If you have rough estimates for what the upper limits of this approach are (based on your tests), I'd love to get a datapoint to keep in mind. I use this at low-moderate volumes.

As an outsider, I always imagined Google treated their DevOps people with the same disdain they reserve for their customers and contract employees. Seems like a high-pressure / thankless role in most companies, but Google seems to over

Reddit coins and reddit gold are already the future crypto is promising. It makes sense to experiment with this, if you can artificially inflate the value of your reddit currency by combining it with crypto hype. There's some parallels

Robust hardware requirements, including TPM and secure boot definitely cause some short-term pain, but it's probably the right decision. Force hardware vendors to add these options, even if it costs more. Eliminate the cost advantage o

It's also a geopolitical issue. Natural gas imports can be blockaded. China has additional domestic coal capacity they can tap, if they get into a tight spot. Other energy solutions (green energy, nuclear) will take time and effort to

I use it, it works really well. You don't have to mess around with workers to get it running, either. I guess the breakeven is ~500k images served each month, otherwise Cloudflare would be cheaper.

Not OP but very happy with Dokku for multi-server clusters, with some light load balancing or failover at the DNS level. Admittedly, this works great for clusters of 1-10 machines. There's definitely some missing stuff that's hard
