Thanks for reminding me I implemented this 10 years ago. Here it is in 180 lines* of C https://github.com/fsmv/Tiny-GIF/blob/master/src/LZW.c * The dictionary part takes up a similar amount so maybe

This has been fixed with the newer modules system. You do have to name the folders the same as your packages but you can put the folders anywhere you want now.

Is it not true that BB(5) > BB(3,4)? On the https://bbchallenge.org site it said they're trying to prove or disprove the conjecture that BB(5) is about 47 million but BB(3,4) is apparently much bigger than that.

All those words and they didn't give us the damn prompt. Seems kinda meaningless without showing the example.

So the new part is they didn't bother generating power in the RTG because they only need the heat? That doesn't seem very pioneering to me, it's just a pile of plutonium.

The issue is at the early stages of reinforcement learning the system will send essentially random inputs to the motors and it's important that this flailing doesn't break the machine so that learning can continue.

They're often more like gravel piles than a single rock. We learned from the DART and OSIRIS-REx missions.

The AI connection comes from the idea that you can use Grover's algorithm to speed up generic optimization problems.

This research has no impact on Bitcoin, it was already broken post quantum by Shor's algorithm. They will simply change the signature algorithm when quantum computers become available so it should be fine.

You can teach 8086 assembly which is still compatible with modern x86 and it only has like 20 instructions. It's lots of fun I made a whole bootable text editor an assembler and an almost finished lisp interpreter too.

Hello friend. I'm on a crusade to make people's bootsector code work on real hardware. You're missing several reserved memory areas and state bits to reset. Check out my bootsector I have lots of comments on what things are n

How can it make sense to measure the stress-energy tensor of a proton given that we have no theory of quantum gravity? Are they somehow ignoring quantum mechanics?

Maybe conceivable with electrons since they're fundamentally simple but protons are made of other things and can be broken while other protons remain so I don't think it's possible there could be only one.

I feel like adding heat shrink fabric doesn't add a dimension and make it go from 3D to 4D. I was expecting a klein bottle or hypercube projection or something.
