Motorcycles are also more dangerous to ride and bicycles don't go as far. One could also bring up the comfort levels and carrying capacity.

The grocery store doesn't have to have every customer walk to it for the homes around it to have people walk to it. There are plenty of homes near good shopping, schools and other services. If that's important to you then you ca

It’s more dangerous when cyclists go down one way streets the wrong way instead of going down the correct street.

I'd say that someone riding against traffic is making it unsafe for themselves and others.

Our mall lost 2 major department stores when we got a Walmart and target. They lost 2 more after Amazon got big. The target and Costco a few blocks away are thriving with the affluent families. The mall isn’t economically competitive any

Except that doesn’t make sense. Malls were teen hangouts for 2 decades and thrived. What killed our mall was that all the anchor stores were getting killed by Walmart and target.

Cool, thanks for responding about one. I’d rather not have to worry about how to fit our double stroller, pack n play and bags in our sedan.

People buy SUVs because they’re comfortable. You are more upright, have more space, car seats fit, you can haul around your junk without thinking or planning. Most people driving SUVs have not and will never kill a cyclist or pedestrian.

Tesla shows you percentage by default. The percentages for arrival in navigation are spot on for most people.

I obviously don’t have a reason why it was so off. We regularly drive from near sac to Santa Cruz and it’s within a few percent with plenty of speeding. I commute 100 miles a day on the freeway, so maybe it knows my freeway driving habits

I have it show percent, not range. Tesla defaults to percent on the main display. I'm not sure about other cars. When you use navigation then Tesla will show you the expected charge at your destination and it's been pretty accu

Not OP, but California Air Resource Board gives a significant rebate and I know if you live in the Central Valley you can get another rebate. That's 10k+ from the state alone up to 120k income for a family of 4. Our local utility als

Not the federal rebate, but California sends rebate checks. You also can make quite a bit of money and get significant rebates back in the state.
