The WebRTC complexity came from our pipeline being ffmpeg → H.264 RTP over UDP → pion/webrtc TrackLocalStaticRTP (instead of a “normal” WebRTC source). Any time we changed monitor/crop or restarted the capture, the RTP stream effe
