That’s not true anymore; you can migrate passkeys to another password manager now.

That’s not true. There were multiple AI features presented, just very well-known ones like the babel fish AirPods Pro. Nothing fancy, but it’s still AI and it’s useful .

I take the downvote but I’d like to know why? Passkeys are effectively and objectively a better security solution than password+2FA. Among other things, they are completely unfishable.

Typographically related only: What is it with this trend of not putting an uppercase letter at the start of sentences? Why?? It’s ugly.

I can tell you the language is a huge part of it. I used to code in ObjC and now I’m using Swift; refactoring is easy in Swift and was a pain in ObjC. I know I can trust my Swift code. Usually when it compiles it works because I try to, a

I don’t know what’s your beef against Apple but the alarm clock does use a local time (though there have been (unacceptable) bugs leading to incorrect wake up time due to DST).

That looks actually healthy! I don’t understand the fixation on wanting to make Apple allow anything on their platform. Don’t like the platform? Don’t buy the hardware. It’s simple.

I never understood why would people want that. Apple is very clear from the start they are limiting what can run on the devices they sell. Why on earth would you buy these if you need to run arbitrary code on it?? Also this is problematic
