Meh. I use a native app to access HN (NetNewsWire), and this apps launches the browser for things I want to read and/or for comments. IMHO your comment is unfair. Native apps really are , when done right, much better. Sadly they are

I have implemented OAuth both as a client and a server. The most complicated part is the scattered documentation, and little gotchas from different providers. In itself, the whole thing is not complex.

Yup. It’s what I’ve come to realize. My job is probably safe, as long as I will be willing to adapt. I have still not even tried AI once, and don’t care for it, but I know at one point I probably will have to. I don’t actually think it’

I found a hack to finish it faster (that does not involve using the console…). Enter responsive mode, resize window to a very small size: the DVDs will hit the walls very fast.

This has not been my experience, but the last time I tried DDG was a few years ago. I distinctly remember adding !g to many queries with DDG, and I have not done that since a very long time with Kagi.
