Absolutely right. There is a reddit thread which links to a fairly large list of incidents from before and during the Title II regulations which clearly shows attempts and successful implementation of "fast lanes".

Oh hey, I got almost the same issues here, except for being in bed and constantly dizzy. random dizziness - check borderline fainting - check lots of gas - check ringing in the ears - check "attacks" - check, including racing hear
