That's quite interesting. Could you elaborate the process more? How did you incorporate? Are you Chinese? Was it difficult to do? Where should I be careful? etc.

I suggest Evernote. Create a notebook called thoughts and a note for every topic you want to write. Afterwards it's more or less organized (in the cloud) + searchable.

To you it's useless, to others it's a form of creativity - why diss it? I wouldn't say art is a useless degree. It's all about what you do with it. Comp Sci is useless if you don't use it for interesting projects.

Cool App! The only problem I see is with people who have bizarre taste. Other than that, good stuff!

Start with smaller chunks. I'm 22 years old now and I have next to no programming skills, but I want to learn it. I was using computers since 12 but hadn't coded something real until now, so I tell myself all the time that I'm not meant to

I'd say check out the free trial, there might be a thing or two you could use. And if not, you shouldn't have to pay for it! :)

I have about 60% ready, but I just put up the content list for you to make suggestions if you think something's missing. "Prove it with video rather than with text" - point taken, I can't come up with a stage that quickly though :)

+1 for 5x5. I'm currently on the Texas Method and I'm love the volume on the squats and the deadlifts. I eat pre and post workout carbs though, to make sure I got enough energy (bulking phase right now). The fat you gain is easy to lose aft

Not exactly. In Crossfit times and reps matter more than form. Just take a look at some gyms. The exercises and the philosophy behind is awesome, but the practical appliance is far from great.
