This is a great idea. I can't see the icon on the Warehouse site though - can you point me to it? How do people come to know about what the icon does?

Thanks, that's really useful to know - I might try and implement something like that on the sites that we run.

That information is out there, but people in these kinds of circumstances don't always have unrestricted internet time to research it. They might just be able to snatch a few minutes here and here and therefore not know much about how

Does anybody have any stats for the use of these kinds of buttons? A few of our clients - victim services and honour-based abuse services - ask us to add these kinds of buttons, but I've always wondered they actually get used instead o

The UK NHS website is usually pretty good for this so sticking "NHS" in the search terms might help, although I imagine they may not cover non-UK brand names.

Princetown to the city centre of Plymouth is 15 miles. If the entire way was 20mph then it would be 45 minutes rather than the 30 minutes if it was 30mph. But that's under ideal conditions where you're driving at a constant speed

There are plenty of brown-field sites where NIMBYs have managed to block housing, including places like old gas works, which thankfully seems to be changing under the new government. We don't need to build or have high speed limits on

The way you've phrased this comes across as a counterpoint, but both of these things can be true and need fixing. It doesn't have to be either / or.

I imagine for such a small island chain you'd need a "parent" country to provide services, so picking the one where most people when when they were exiled probably makes sense. May also be a language thing?

You may be right historically, but I don't think it's common practice any more - there are quite a few "virtual freehold" leases of 999 years, and most other domestic leaseholds are 125+ years when they start. When a lea

That's too dismissive in my view. Duolingo isn't as good as in-person lessons, but it's still way better than nothing. I'd also argue that grammar exercises are cripplingly boring for most people, so if the choice is not

I imagine, like most things, it's on a spectrum. No screen (for the first hour of the day) is probably better than Duolingo, which is better than doomscrolling. I also imagine it varies between people. I can get overstimulated by scree

I'm saying the left (not everyone by any means) unfairly oversimplifies the views of economists. Absolutely no-one who is taken even vaguely seriously in economics thinks that consumers are rational or that markets are 100% efficient.
