This doesn't match with my experience. Julia is really excellent at infering complicated types. What you might be running into is type ambiguity though where Julia has to resort to unions because that's what the loops needs to wor

gprofng is new profiler now included with the gnu binutils. It is written by Oracle and looks quiet sweet. Here a presentation on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXIjNFF17YY

I tell you that the reporting of correctable errors is not always honest. On some systems you can see uncorrectable errors before you see the correctable errors which statistically can't be. That it should be honest beside the point.

There explainable AI approaches using neural networks. Those approaches can answer why questions. I am trying to parse what you are saying but it is utterly meaningless in the context of the previous conversation.

NVIDIA does some manufacturing at Samsung however certain products are only made on TSMC. Such as the coming RTX 4000 series which is made entirely on TSMC 5nm. I missed some announcement though that Qualcomm is moving more towards using Sa

It would mean no new gaming consoles, Apple devices, AMD CPUs, high performance FPGAs, GPUs by either NVIDIA or AMD, WIFI chips from Broadcam, no Qualcomm ARM CPUs, maybe also no cheap Mediathek CPUs for smartphones.

Would an implicit ODE solver (Euler or higher order) where the constraint solve is included in the implicit step be helpful?

That's correct. Still the likelihood if errors of data at rest is much reduced. Memory controllers might be able to detect a lot of errors between the RAM and CPU due those errors being in the analog domain, while errors in memory are
