That's too hard on my knees. I got a kettlebell and go on YouTube everyday to find some exercise videos. There are so many videos I can do a new one each time which prevents me from getting bored.

You can effectively freeze anyone's funds by refusing any transactions that originate from their address

Your link doesn't address the question. It's about an invalid transaction within the block, not the refusal to place a particular transaction into one. With over 50% of mining power you can definitely do this.
