In Brazil, we have had same-day money transfer (normally it takes 15 min) among accounts in different banks. Same bank accounts have "instantaneous" money transfer. PIX will make it simpler for newcomers.

The current SoTA achieve this 97% with a high cost in the number of samples. We are a living proof that it can be better. I believe that there Will be a push in achieving same generalization with less data.

Excellent historical overview. However, I am astounded with this idea that human intelligence is explainable. It is not. We do not know why people decide how they decide. The explanation is always a narrative created subsequently.

With arxiv papers, I usually download the Tex file and copy the formulas from there. Besides, sometimes you find interesting ideas that were commented due to space.
