Google will reliably index dynamic sites rendered using JS. And other search engines do the same. There's really no good reason to do this if you want to be indexed on search engines.

Well, one answer might be that someone could spin up emulators Or reverse engineer whatever app you have. Or reset their phone? (or would you restrict it somehow to one account per physical phone? What happens if it gets sold or given away?

Depends on the frame of reference. Versus IOS it definitely is. Versus linux, probably not so.

Eh, I'm a pretty advanced user by any mean, and I still search for my banks website a non-trivial amount of time. I have a bookmark, but it's honestly just as fast to do it that way

The problem is that there's no concrete thing to point to as to why this would be used against them in the future (I agree with the point, but it's just not trivial to make people aware of this)

This really depends on your runway and external stakeholders in your life. If you go for this, how long do you have until you _need_ to start generating enough to pay yourself? Do you have any spouse, children, .. that you need to support?
