The levels are procedurally generated from a pool of chunks. We currently have too few different "exit" chunks, so that's why it seems a bit repetitive.

I agree this would be a nice feature to have. In the meantime, you can use the RequestPolicy add-on in order to block cross-domain requests to G+ in your other tabs. In this case, NoScript won't even be needed because the script won't be lo

There was not any attempt to make it run faster in Firefox 4. The goal is to showcase the Web as a platform and its possibilities. There is clearly no point in making it run well only in one browser. Besides, we developed this demo on OSX,

1) I use non-blocking I/O all the time : - I don't like to answer phone calls because I'm generally busy, I'd rather listen to my voicemail and call back people later. - I don't wait for things to finish (eg. TV ad break) by staring at them

I'm sorry but Heroku is far from being free, unless you mean free as in Free Software. Google App Engine is another awesome PaaS which is really free, because the free quotas are huge compared to Heroku's tiny 5MB database.
