Hi all, founder at Budibase here (open source low-code platform). We've made a lot of progress over the past year ( https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=29242478 ), and HN has played a pivot role in that progress - we ce

Thanks. We hired a dev advocate in April and they've spent a huge amount of time improving the docs.

Thank you. Up to now, we've lacked on the education front. Hopefully the university helps onboard users and gets them ramped up asap.

Hi HN! I'm one of the creators of Budibase, and we're super excited ... and nervous... to be posting Budibase 2.0 on HN. We launched Budibase 1.0 to HN around a year ago: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=292424

This happened to me once. It got really weird. My partner and I didn't know there was a fake account made, and we later found out, for days this fake account was talking to my partner - being super nice and genuinely a better person th

I love the website. I'm an intercom user but I'd love to move away from it. I don't use it for the chat, and use it more for onboarding emails, user views, and walkthroughs - does chatwoot plan to offer these in the future?

'Google wants to take on...' My immediate reaction to reading these few words is - "another tool for the Google graveyard"

The UI of the product is nice too - really feels like Vercel which is a good thing. It would be good if you were able to build UTM tags in the product, and pull analytics on them - apologies if this already possible.

Great website. I really like the globe and overall theme - reminds me of Vercel. One small note - the github stars image made me think you had 0 stars. Not a big deal, but you might want to update it. Great work

Pretty cool name. I'm surprised there's not a simple generator for generating these tiny stylesheets - or maybe there is?

I lost 2kg trying to center a div once. Jokes aside. Interesting article. I think the title assumes an answer but in reality the article is a gateway to further studies. Worthwhile read nonetheless.

I try to inform users as much as possible re our boundaries and how we prioritize feature requests within the Github issue template. I think it helps, but it's not bulletproof.

This is great. CRON presets are great, but this is perfect for allowing users to define their own CRON expressions. Nice work!

I remember a guy in my class at school carried a small yellow toy car in his pocket. At any given moment he would flash it before your eyes, and swiftly after a fist of boney knuckles would come crashing into your arm.

I understand their intentions for doing this - i don't agree with them. My initial reaction was 'sleep mode' may be better and alert people to either log in and "activate" their repo. Once again, i don't agree

Not sure if this is a joke, but I remember when I was younger the sight or a yellow car (beetle?) would thrust you into attack or defend mode, as this was signal that you could punch one of you mates on the arm. It always confused me. But t
