   They'd probably know when they didn't see the hole in space behind them. They probably wouldn't have any qualms with turning the simulation off either. My guess is that all those infinite simulations were on borrowed time until the top lay

   If I can remember my high school physics, basically it's because of the low pressure. Pressure x Volume = Temperature, so as the pressure decreases, so does the temperature. But Wikipedia answers it better than I can: http://en.wikipedia.

   $3.30 per sheet, but assuming you get 1000 uses that's $0.0033 per use. Staples has InkJet paper online for $8.79 (500 sheets per ream). That's $0.0156 per use (single sided print). If my assumptions are correct, that sounds cost effective
