Sounds like an opportunity for a generic UI/management tool. The pre/post boot thing could be mitigated by a rebooting into a special stub that just verifies intent/signatures, applies the settings and reboots back into the O

Presumably the Play Store will reject any app signed with these keys. I'd appreciate them making a statement to this affect. And someone double checking.

Blazor [1] has a concept of "circuits" [2] where each connected browser has a corresponding instance on the server. It's part of the reason why I personally don't like it being recommended for simple CRUD apps (brings ba

I really hope they standardize the fallback to HTTP2 (and HTTP1 too). Almost any real world internet facing application will need one and it'd be a shame if they all had to reinvent the wheel when it could be done at a lower level once

As someone that switched to iOS from Android sometime around ~2014, I can still never remember which color is SMS and which is iMessage. I know iMessage is big in some social bubbles/countries, sure.

One mechanism that doesn't seem to be mentioned is the .net style "manual" cancellation where CancellationToken is passed around everywhere and manually checked, often throwing an exception to early return. Pros are that it&#

I'd be interested in a user-focussed tool to interpret these system wide - perhaps even a service to share these reports and detect anomalies/trends.

The reason is that Windows doesn’t have fork(), and therefore doesn’t have to promise huge multiples of the available memory only to be left holding the bag when that fiction failed. Look up “overcommit” if you’re interested.
