Why couldn't we simply flood the systems being tracked with more noise thus reducing signal to noise ratio. This sort of thing could be simply thwarted by a system of bots creating a large number of false positives. Any ideas?

One thing I've learned from this kind of news is this: Do wrong and get ahead. Most people will forget next week, you'll get a ton of free press, and oh yeah...more users. I've been so dumb to not have tried this kind of bad publicity stunt
