Non-apps services aren't subject to the same SLA. If you go into the domain management UI, they are very explicit about this.

I would love to support this, but we don't right now due to performance reasons. Dirty laundry: Each paragraph is laid out and measured only once (at a specific column width), then the metrics are all cached. Layout is then performed by dum

Chris was my direct manager for two or three of my years at MSFT. He genuinely cares about the web in a way that always surprised people outside of Microsoft. (He was also good at being pragmatic about what could be done within the company)
