They don't "always believe this", this will lead to your account being banned eventually, or at least barred from returning products.

Yes actually, but I don't think it's technically allowed/legal in the US in the eyes of the FCC, not sure about other countries. It utilizes 77GHz FMCW, I got one for free but they retail for about $100. The part number is R7

That's super handy, thanks! I've been using one of those selfie monitoring screens and opening the camera to record video + turning on the flash, this app seems like a better way of accomplishing this

Any instructions available for running this on an ESP32-S3 or P4 like the site says?
7.
by forsalebypwner 2mo ago
They mention that this specific model is able to run on an ESP32-S3, or an ESP32-P4 which has 32MB of PSRAM. I'm trying to figure out how to do this now.

Not necessarily, but could happen if the new Pro version is released and costs more to run

I like this idea, I might play around with it. I'll let you know if I make progress on it.

AltStore, Sideloadly, SideStore all have mechanisms for automating the weekly redeploys, to name a few.

I'm not aware of a DeepSeek plan, but I am using the DeepSeek API directly if that's what you mean.

by forsalebypwner 2mo ago
Yup, last month I did ~150mil tokens on DeepSeek v4 Pro for just under $3

Okay I have to ask - do the joysticks move you forward like they typically would for a character in a video game? Or do you use teleport controls? Because the former would absolutely make me (and I think most people?) motion sick

which is especially silly because every half-competent scraper knows this, and will just lie - it's so easy. but I have seen this happen as well, trying to legitimately use Chrome on Linux

I was gonna try to pull up the data to prove you wrong, but then the data disagreed with me, what the heck! what do I do now! ad hominem, I guess: uhhh your penis looks dry!

on iPhone 12 Pro Max and later (maybe only on Pros, I forget) they have a LiDAR sensor built in, allowing for impressively accurate 3D scans of objects with a free app like Scaniverse. But yeah I think AR was the intention there

Right, and also, a 77-year-old man in Florida means that adding "Republican" is just redundant.

An important skill to develop is determining whether somebody is bullshitting you. Because it would be impossible for any one human to perfectly understand all of these concepts, right? So when I read this person's blog post, I felt I

the fact that some nebulous "group of companies" still uses typewriters does not mean that all modern cryptography is flawed

Also so sick of the "it's not x, it's y", like stop fucking telling me what it's not! just get to the point! ` The mini PC's slowness is not a driver problem or a weak chip. It is arithmetic on the bandwidth nu

It's easy to tell imo in part because of how terse the sentences are: `Obvious in hindsight.` `The clock never jumps.` `No lookahead, no undo.` `A real kick pattern is not a clock.` >Larger point: I am so sick of HN comment sections

No worries - the crappiness of snapbridge has certainly made me think twice about buying a Nikon in the future. I typically pull directly off of the SD card instead anyways.

by forsalebypwner 3mo ago
WHAT? This is news to me. Does this apply to newer cameras as well? I have a CoolPix P950, and I'd love to ditch the Snapbridge app
