I personally know a baker who publishes recipes that will fail along with a picture of what the end result should be. This is an attempt at self-promotion: you fail; but I am marvelous and can make these wonderful things.

My experience in Brazil and Uruguay is that since the 80s, cars have become much much quieter and also people don't honk as much. In Uruguay, especially, the bus fleet was awful in the 80s and 90s. They were very old, made a lot of noi

Maybe the law could have different ages for beer and distilled spirits. Let the kids have a beer at 16 or 18. I have the same feeling about motorcycles. The age for riding them should be a bit later, when you've acquired some sense. M

That's true. I know some old timers who were born in one place but registered later somewhere else. This issue was even more pronounced in South America because of the distances.

You see, that's the whole issue right there. Slovenia has its own history, its own problems, and its own heroes. Those things are important for the Slovenian people, not the problems created and sort of solved by the US. In my country

I had to get books on MLK and Rosa Parks for my kid's school. Why?? This drives me crazy. They are not part of my country's history and we have plenty of local heroes.

I oversee some digital signage that uses RSS to add the day's news. We have two issues: there are fewer and fewer sources of RSS; and those that do exist frequently use meaningless titles like "Look at this!". I can't re
