a co-op can have a monopoly on a market. a co-op is a legal structure like an LLC, or corporation. it doesn't signify market penetration like monopoly or oligopoly does.

TV changed everything. There were some clubs in England that protested TV broadcasts of games entirely because they were afraid it would devalue the game-day and club experience. Perhaps they were right.

i would tend to agree, but depends on scale. It's often easier and cheaper to house 10-15 people at an Airbnb than it is at a brand-name hotel.

as crazy as it sounds, there are many large, enterprise clients that have to pay for vendors, they literally are not structured to implement free/O.S. software. i imagine that those large orgs are much more significant contributors to

i agree that tracking bounces is critical for this. that said, I'm already a big fan and would love to give this a try. I would also love to see if a pixel can be added to emails so emails and link clicks could be tracked as well.
