   Never knew about the "cal" command. I especially like that you can quickly look up a previous or future month/year. >> cal 3 1973 quickly shows a calendar of March 1973

   At least I now know to pronounce Nginx as "Engine X". Now I won't sound like a fool next time someone asks which web server I'm using.

   A good rule of thumb is to dress the same level or one level up from the person you are interviewing with. If you want to seem serious, but not overdo it, perhaps you could wear a jacket with no tie or a tie with no jacket.
