I gave a simple example. The point is that recycling often results in an inferior product than what you started with even after spending energy to reprocess the raw material even for something as simple as a bottle. It's the last thing

Also, hardly ever do you get the thing you started with. Clear glass bottles are not recycled into more clear glass bottles. IIRC the recycled class glass is not clear enough and you end up with lower quality glass. Car tire rubber get recy

What if you want to store an error message+status with the job if it fails? It means you have to commit something no? What if you want to mark the message as being worked on and what process locked it and when they did for some kind of job

If your doorbell is electric and plays a recording of chimes, it can be very straightforward to implement this yourself. Just off the top of my head I use FFTs (fast Fourier transform) of a known recording of the door bell limited to certai

It could have also been much worse though no? If those 3 days turned into 5 in a hospital with another long tail of lung issues would it still be worth it just not to get jabbed again?

Some people build guitars other people play them. They are related disciplines and guitar builders know how to play a guitar but it's not their primary pursuit. Biking is no different no? Some people are interested in how to setup and

The old GB sounds were harsher and I am going to speculate it's because the SNES has a heavy low pass filter that smooths out things maybe a tad too much. The GB metroid sounds I feel like I can sit and remake them with square/saw

My mom already "owns" whatever money my dad makes and vice versa. They file jointly and have partnership+joint accounts. This has been the case for 40+ years. The money won't go to her when he dies. It's already hers. I

I disagree. Have you ever worked in finance? Inconsistent or unexpected number/date formats have to be dealt with. And to add to it, the formats can be binary and not just text that you can look at it and sort of "figure it out&qu
