Perhaps what you need is something like „Cryptography Engineering: Design Principles and Practical Applications“ Book by Bruce Schneier, Niels Ferguson, and Tadayoshi Kohno.

Same here. I also took the course from Coursera a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. The conclusion? It’s hard to get it right so don’t do crypto yourself! Quite cynical, but it kinda killed my interest in pursuing it further.

Even if they analysed slack+chime log activity. I guess they’ll explain it away with something like “working from office significantly reduces the need for online chatter”.

An often missed c++ Container is std::deque, which has constant O(1) complexities in adding and removing from front and back, and accessing random elements. This is missing in the article.
