True. Part of the reason is aggressive saliva that just doesn't let some bacteria live and thus keeps the teeth healthy for longer. Dry mouth is literally damaging your teeth as well.

Same here. I work in an office with lots of daylight and dark mode makes it actually very hard to see. Also, light theme allows for more distinguishable colors.

I'd argue that Apple is operating on the same scale, at least regarding physical presence. Apple disallows disabling Bluetooth and WiFi easily because it allows them to track their air tags everywhere.
