So why do we need gold lenses? I feel like a lot of the kneejerk responses here are failing to read the context of my comment here correctly.

Completely? Of course not. On the grounds mentioned above? Yes, of course. Stating comparisons isn't hyperbole just because you don't like the comparison. Neither is it a conspiracy theory. Five eyes shitfuckery is extremely well

I've been starting to think the bible and other religions have their place due to this. Plot people on a bell curve, that's a lot of people that can't grasp basic nuance and critical reasoning.

And thank fuck for that. DWR is disgusting, horrible stuff. Stop using DWR. Buy frogtoggs or Columbia outdry and leave this stuff behind. Outdry is lighter stronger, doesn't wear off after three outings, and the material breathes bette

It's not the only cause but empire building[1] is a very real phenomenon. Maximum viable features is a very interesting concept but it's just that, a concept, nobody says you have to stick to it, it can just be a tool in your tool

The most interesting thing about bin chickens to me is how they got their name. They never used to bother Sydney very much until one bird, yes one, was brought into the city on a boat. It managed to get back to it's home land, the next

Found this myself. Learning curve is steep. Still not there yet but once you get into it I can really see how more productive I am vs other languages. Other languages just require a lot more trial and error to get them to do what you want.
