Well...the article says: "If you have an unlimited amount of time and resources, the best solution for speed will be coded in FPGA," says Lawrey, referring to the language that directly codes field-programmable gate arrays. "

If you wanna design a bridge...you need an engineering background. If you wanna design a car...you need an engineering background. If you want to design the software that designs the bridge or the car...just need a 8 week bootcamp.

I took a Microprocessors course in college (University of Florida) where in the lab you build up an entire board from scratch...including soldering each chip and component. You need to essentially program the drivers from scratch, using ass

Just pointing out that it's typical for tech companies to employ dark pattern for monetization in instances where they are providing no value. Playing wack-a-mole won't help and we probably need some sort of legislation to prove v

GM cars don't need wifi. GM pioneered the connected car via cellular modems through their OnStar program since 1996... Question is how much of your vehicle software do you expose.

Thanks for the summary and sources. Here's my question...the IPO is halted - but Ant still runs, right? How does halting the IPO reduce any risk in the financial industry for China? If Ant is still operating and giving leveraged loans.

I'm not sure if Bolts have Over The Air updates? It mentions dealers...I know some GM cars have or will have...just not sure the older Bolts. So a consumer would need to personally ensure they don't charge to 90%, or bring it back

I received a hand me down Motorola baby monitor + camera. It doesn't connect to the Internet. It'll beep if the camera is disconnected. The monitor has power save capability (video feed off, sound on), let me know if power is low.

Flickr pro is $5 a month (billed annually) for unlimited original quality storage. Google photos is $3 for 200GB...$10 a month for 2 TB. So if you have more than 200GB, Flickr is the way to go. Additionally, I don't see any mention of

One of the scenes I remember in "Catch me if you can" is that DeCaprio passes a bad check to a hooker (former beauty contestant, too...) and she gives him cash in exchange of the difference. You'd think they woulda learned!

My same question. OK you can be claim to be a "good Republican" and vote Biden but (R) down ballot. Why were Senate and House races also wrong? Why did Lindsey Graham win by so much when the polls didn't give him that lead? I

Prior to LG, Samsung was their only supplier of OLED screens. Even with LG onboard, LG is supplying only 20% for the upcoming iPhone 12. My point is, Apple always slaps a fancy marketing name to their screens (Retina...) but in reality the
