Fair enough, but I felt that detailing the contractors would lengthen the article and not add to my general points. I did mention Northrup Grumman engineers in the caption of one image.

Yes, the price error was a typo which has been fixed. "not designed in a vacuum" was a figure of speech, meaning that testing it was done in the context of previous missions.
