I did a boneless leg roast on Friday and it came out very tender. I spread softened butter with herbs all over the top, then put it in at 425F for 15 minutes, followed by a couple hours at 350F until it was ~140F in the center. Juicy, tende

I've cut an awful lot of meat on wood cutting boards. It's fine. I always cut the meat last, then wash it soon. If it's chicken, I wash immediately after cutting, but that's kind of my practice regardless of cutting boar

It's amazing that a decade ago I'd have called you an exceptionally demented individual for doing this, but these days there's so much stupid unconscionable shit going on with AI that it hardly stands out.

If the computers were physically close to each other, you could have just run a null-modem cable between them. I did it a couple times as a kid and it worked well.

Aren't you exempted from capital gains tax if you reinvest the money within a year or whatever?

How do you know if you're one of the 42-48%, though? I'd love easier taxes, but not if I've got a 50/50 chance of getting hassled over it in a year.

Hush, this is a new movement, a rejection of old bloated protocols like Gemini and HTTP! Also RFC 865 limits the QOTD response to 512 octets which isn't nearly enough.
