Still, why not pay 10% more and own the building? You could still get the money back (and hopefully more) when you sell it again.

And why should the whole world depend on some people who want to play games with each other?

When I visited NYC for a few days, I picked up a Pfizer vaccine and was amused that they gave me the little certificate card to fill out by myself, before I went to another line to get the shot.

But homes could do that too. I bet many homes have more money for domain names than some shops/offices. Just wondering why they didn't call it 'localnet' or some other unused synonym for local.

At the same time, "Master Planned" areas in actual Europe tend to be super horrible to live in, due to the detachment from what actually makes a place livable. (And the transportation part is generally already solved in Europe). H

I can't have a phone or a computer that snoops on me to this degree. So for me I definitely won't change or forget in a week. Unless they solve it, there's no more Mac or iPhone for me. (This may actually be a Good Thing)

In Mumbai, our friends were pretty well off and had a housekeeper who came 2 x 2 hours daily (preparing lunch and dinner, doing laundry, and cleaning around). The housekeeper, being paid pretty well, had her own housekeeper so she could hav
